Clear Creek Property Group was created to bridge the gap between property advice and actually getting things done properly.

About Duncan Graham
Duncan Graham is a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) and Licensed Estate Agent with over 20 years’ experience across property valuation, investment and development in Australia and internationally.
His career includes roles with M3 Property, the Future Fund, LUCRF Super and The Townsend Group in London, where he worked on real estate investment strategy and research across global markets.
Alongside this professional experience, Duncan has personally delivered multiple renovation and development projects across Melbourne and overseas. This hands-on experience provides a practical understanding of how to create value in property—not just analyse it.
His project experience includes:
renovation and subdivision projects in Melbourne
long-term residential investments
renovation and asset management of properties in Berlin
current renovation and extension of a heritage weatherboard home in Williamstown
Duncan holds a Master of Business (Property), a Bachelor of Commerce, and a Diploma of Building and Construction. He is also a member of the Australian Property Institute
